SuperOffice™Making every office a SuperOffice Powered by Intelus Technologies

Privacy policy

Last updated: 6 November 2026

This policy explains what personal data SuperOffice collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.

Who we are

SuperOffice (superoffice.in and every company address under it, such as yourcompany.superoffice.in) is operated by Intelus Technologies, a partnership firm registered in India, GSTIN 27AAJFI9718C1Z8.

401, Fourth Floor, Tridal Park Villa, Lendra Park, Opposite Garden, Ramdas Peth, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440010, India

Two roles

For your account (your username, your company and how you use the service) we decide how the data is used, so we are responsible for it. For the documents and files your company uploads, your company decides what goes in; we store and process that content only to provide the service to your company, on its instructions.

What we collect

Analytics, advertising and error reports

To see how people find and use the website, and which of our ads bring them, our pages load Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion measurement and Microsoft Clarity. These set cookies and record pages visited, clicks and the ad you came from. Clarity records how a page was used with the text on it masked. When you start a free trial, your email and mobile number are passed to Google Ads only as a one-way hash, to count the sign-up against the ad. We use Sentry to record errors in the website and the app, with your name, email, passwords and the content of your documents removed before anything is sent.

Your browser's local storage holds your sign-in session, your theme choice and an autosaved draft of the document you are working on, on your device, for the service to work. The content of your documents is never sent to any analytics or advertising service.

Why we use it

AI features and the companies that help us

When you use them, and only then: reading a scanned or uploaded document sends its content to Anthropic (Claude) to extract the text, and designing a logo sends your company name and the choices you made to OpenAI. These providers process the data to return a result to us and may do so outside India. We also use our hosting provider and Google Fonts (which receives your IP address when a page loads its fonts). We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

For as long as your company's account is active. When a company is removed, its accounts, profile, files and documents are deleted with it. A company may ask us to delete its data sooner. Invoicing records are kept for as long as tax law requires.

Security

Every page is served over HTTPS. Access is checked on every request, not only at sign-in, so a switched-off account stops working on its next click. Files are stored per company, encrypted on our servers (AES-256), and are never served without a signed-in session from that company.

Files you drop in to be read (to fill a document from, or to fill a form) are read in your browser, sent over the encrypted connection once so the values can be listed for you, and are not kept: nothing from them is written to our servers. Only the values you confirm on screen go into your document.

Your rights

You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct or complete it, to erase it, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. You may also nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. For content inside your company's documents, write to your company first (it decides what those documents contain) and we will help it respond.

Children

SuperOffice is a business tool and is not meant for anyone under 18.
